American West Bank Grants


The goal of this granting opportunity is to fund worthy 4-H youth development programs or projects with an agriculture, livestock, horticulture or family living focus in communities where AmericanWest Bank operates. The emphasis will be on projects that impact a 4-H group, club or entire county program and that meet short-term needs such as basic project funding, new innovative programs, seed money, emergency or unanticipated shortfalls. Suggestions include (but are not limited to): agricultural education of youth, expanding 4-H experiential learning to youth, animal and plant science projects or programs, nutrition education, cultural/native plant foods, baking or sewing projects.
