Dr. Chris Blodgett, director of the Child and Family Research Unit (CAFRU) will present”ACEs to Action: How Can We Improve Child and Family Outcomes Using the Science of Adversity” at the Young Child Expo & Conference in Spokane, Washington on Friday, October 2, 2015. Dr. Blodgett will discuss how Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) impacts health, well-being and success in youth and adults. He will highlight the biological and physiological impacts of exposure to ACE’s and offer evidence based practices to guide interventions improve child and family outcomes.
