Canning Pressure Gauge Testing

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until September 19, 2017
Canning season is here as an abundance of food is being harvested. As you prepare for canning, do you know if your canner will seal the lids to the jars? You can have your canner lid tested to be sure that your food is correctly canned. Lids can be tested, Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:30 am (August 15 – September 19) for $4.00 at the WSU Extension office located at 1946 Third Avenue, Longview.
