Junior Gardener Workshop for Kids

On September 16 at 2:00 – 4:00 pm, WSU Master Gardeners will be hosting a program for kids (K-5 grade).  Youth will learn how candles are made, make crafts from corn husks, and sample food from fall harvest.  Come with questions and bring your curiosity. This free class will be held in the Agricultural Building at the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds in Longview and is sponsored by Washington State University Extension Master Gardeners.  Registration is limited to 30 youth.  Please register by September 8.  For more information or to register, contact Lisa Huckleberry at 577-3014 Ext 0 or huckleberryl@co.cowlitz.wa.us.
