A Short Course on Local Planning

Ferry County is hosting a short course on planning. This course is a three hour workshop given by the Department of Commerce and will cover an introduction to comprehensive planning; an overview of the complex mix of land use planning laws; a review of the roles in planning; and required Open Public Meetings Act for local government officials. This course is free and open to the public.

Please register by June 7.
