This is a quick email to remind you that:If anyone needs a bit of guidance filling out Fair entry forms, there will be a help session tomorrow (Thurs., 7/7) at the Horse Barn at the Fairgrounds from 5-7 p.m.(please arrive by 5).
(This will happen concurrently with Horse Camp, so it’s a great chance for non-horse 4-Hers to glimpse this special camp.)
ALL JEFFERSON CO. 4-H FAIR ENTRY FORMS ARE DUE TO THE 4-H OFFICE BY THURSDAY, JULY 14, 5 p.m.
The 4-H Office is located in Port Townsend at Point Hudson: 380 Jefferson St.
Please bring your forms here and I will photocopy them for you (it’s handy to have your own copy) and then deliver them to the Fair Office on Friday, July 15. Here is the link to the Fair’s Premium Book (describing each event and related rules for entry) and download-able 4-H entry forms:
