WSU Extension – Kitsap County 4-H is partnering with the Navy in Kitsap, Snohomish and Island Counties to implement 4-H Youth Development programming on their Installations. Alison Harper, 4-H Military Program Coordinator based in Kitsap, is working to:
- foster relationships with Navy personnel/ombudsmen
- create promotional material for distribution
- build awareness about the program and projects available
- train staff and leaders
- provide support to Installations through resources, project kits and ongoing 4-H military programs
