4-H teens have fun socializing, increasing their leadership skills, improving communication, preparing for college and/or a job and meeting new people all year long. Beyond Club mentorship and service-learning opportunities, teens have ample opportunities to develop their leadership skills through:

  • TAG…You’re It! (Teen Action Group), throughout the year in Kitsap County
  • Know Your Government (KYG), Olympia, WA in February
  • Teen Conference, Pullman, WA in June
  • Teen Counselor at Twin Lakes Camp, Kitsap County in July
  • State Fair, Puyallup in September
  • Teen Rally, around the Puget Sound, Fall of each year
  • National events like National Congress (MD) or National Conference (GA)
  • Washington Citizenship Focus
  • National and International Exchange Programs
  • Collegiate 4-H
