The USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service has the most current soils data available. With the Web Soil Survey you can identify a property boundary or a field/pasture and view detailed soils data and associated reports such as soil chemical properties, suitability for various crops, pasture production capacity estimates, rangeland species composition and Ecological Site Descriptions, and more.
