4-H Bread Baking Contest

The 4-H Bread Baking Contest is scheduled for Saturday, April 7, 2018, starting at 8:30 a.m. until everyone has finished, in the Ellensburg High School Home Economics room.

The Bread Baking Contest is open to junior, intermediate and senior members in the Foods & Nutrition project.  This contest is a qualifying event for junior, intermediate and senior food project members that are interested in competing at the State Fair in Puyallup in September 2018.  Junior members may participate at the State Fair with a quick bread entry with a time limit of 2 hours.

TO ENTER:

1. Pick up a packet at the Extension Office after March 12, 2018.
2. Contact Andrea Morse 962-7507 or e-mail – amorse@wsu.edu by March 28, 2018 to register. Members registering after the March 28 deadline will be put on a waiting list if there are a large number of entries.
3. Prepare the Bread Baking Worksheet before the contest.
