Eating Gluten-Free – What Does This Mean?
Many people have chosen to eat gluten-free because they have a gluten intolerance or wheat allergies or Celiac disease. Other people feel it is a healthier way to eat. This workshop will help you understand more about gluten, the reasons behind the gluten-free diet trends and how to support a gluten-free eating plan. Label reading and how to identify foods with gluten, tips for eating away from home and gluten free cooking will be included.
