Participants will be learning about fruits and vegetables from each color and how they offer a variety of important vitamins and nutrients that can prevent disease through hands-on instruction. This combination Education and Cooking Class will be instructed by SNAP-Ed (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education) Coordinator, Chris Knoefler and Educator, Jennifer Anderberg.
