SASP Annual Meeting

Schedule of Events

11:00-12:00 pm: Welcome- Les Boian President, followed by the Annual Meeting –
(Election of Board Members, Future of the Association, Lamb Burger Wagon, Constitution and Bylaw changes, spring Shepherds Information Day interests and what is the future of the Spokane Area Sheep Producers Association)

12:00 -1:00 pm: Pot Luck Dinner- Please bring a main, side, salad or desert of your choice.
Soft drinks and other beverages will be supplied.

1:00-2:00 pm: Featured Speaker and Discussion to follow- Beth Robinette, MBA: A fourth generation Spokanite, has been a food activist in the area for over 10 years. When she is not connecting farmers to markets at LINC Foods, she can be found building fence, or chasing cows, on her family’s cattle ranch, the Lazy R, where they raise grass-fed beef. Her academic studies have revolved around business, marketing and sustainable food systems.
