Urban Goat Keeping Certification

Do you live in the City of Spokane? Do you want to be certified to keep goats in the urban area? Join us and learn: Legal requirements to own goats in Spokane, number and type of animals allowed, manure/odor control, buying goats, social needs of goats, basic health care, shelter and fencing, feed and hay, breeding/lactation cycle and safe milk handling. This class is REQUIRED for keeping goats in the City of Spokane. Instructor helped draft the urban animal ordinance and has kept goats all her life.

$20 per family at the same address
