The USDA-ARS Forage and Range Research Laboratory provides improved plant materials and management alternatives for more effective management of rangelands and pastures.  The mission of USDA-ARS Poisonous Plant Research Laboratory is to understand and mitigate the adverse effects of poisonous plants on livestock production systems.

Public is Welcome.  Morning snacks and beverages will be provided. Please bring a snack or something to eat for lunch
as this program will continue through the lunch hour. If you would like to sit during the talks bring a portable chair. We
will be driving between the Spencer and McCrae operations to view established test plots for discussion.    There is no fee but please RSVP by calling 509-725-4171 by 4:00 pm on June 16th, 2017.
