Washington State University Diabetes Prevention Program
Do you have prediabetes? Are you at risk for diabetes?
WSU Thurston County Extension’s National Diabetes Prevention Program can help you!
Changing your habits can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. With the WSU Extension Diabetes Prevention Program you will have the support of a lifestyle coach and a group of people who are facing the same challenges and trying to make the same changes as you.
Together you can celebrate your successes and figure out ways to overcome obstacles. The CDC supports this program, and research shows it works.
The next series of classes for Thurston County employees, friends and family start February 2, 2015. Space is limited to the first 15 people who register by January 25, 2015. Contact Wanju or Tina today to learn more!
