To ensure consistency, accountability, and the highest standards of youth development, we have established a set of policies and procedures that guide our work with youth and Certified Volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wsu-max-width--hero\">These policies are designed to promote safety and well-being, support positive youth development, ensure access, clarify roles and responsibilities, and maintain program integrity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wsu-max-width--hero\">We encourage members, volunteers, and parents\/guardians to familiarize themselves with these policies.
