Help your State 4-H Fair Board while expressing your own creativity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guidelines for Entering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You must use an official entry form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The design must be in color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patch design must contain the words \u201cWashington State 4-H Fair\u201d or \u201cWA State 4-H Fair.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not include the year on your patch.&nbsp;It will be added to the winning design when printing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design must include the 4-H clover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All entries must be received by May 15th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wsu-max-width--hero\">The winning patch design will be selected by members of the Washington State 4-H Fair Board, the 4-H State Fair Manager, and a representative from the company that manufactures our patches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The creator of the winning patch design will receive a patch and a cash award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>There is a limit of two entries per 4-H member<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrant must be a currently enrolled member, ages 8-18<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cloverbud and Junior members may accept help from leaders, parents, or other club members, however, the \u201cdesign concept\u201d should be that of the member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design must be your original creation and not contain graphics without copyright approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The questions required on the <a href=\"https:\/\/wpcdn.web.wsu.edu\/extension\/uploads\/sites\/66\/2026\/02\/2026-Patch-Design-Contest-Entry-Form.pdf\">Application Form<\/a> are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\" wsu-list--columns-2\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full Mailing Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Years in 4-H<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the state outline for your design.
