Level IV – Co-Lead a 4-H Rite of Passage Trip

Co-leading a trip with an experienced leader is a chance for you to apply all the skills and knowledge you have gained. Since it usually takes some serious effort to implement a program in a youth group setting, you will most likely have mastered recruitment and logistics of coordinating families and participants to bring them out on the land.  In this stage you will have the opportunity to set up the Threshold week, participate in the intention interviews and council circles, and to hold the ceremonies that hold the participants during their solo-time, and to lead the empowerment circles upon the participants return.
