This website will inform readers on topics like why heat stress is a concern for food production, the genetics and physiology of heat tolerance, and methods to manage heat stress through evaporative cooling and more. We will share a mixture of blog posts, photos, and videos to help educate and enable farmers to \u201cbeat the heat\u201d while maximizing yield, profits, and produce quality. &nbsp;This project is multi-institutional with Oregon State University and the USDA.
