Jill Donnelly joined the CAFRU team in 2018 as dedicated consultant for CLEAR implementing schools in the greater Pacific Northwest. Jill began her career with the State of Washington’s ECEAP program where she developed a passion for serving at-risk populations and combating the effects of trauma through education and advocacy work. During her time with CAFRU, Jill has been committed to helping offset the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) within the communities she serves through implementation of trauma-informed educational professional development and coaching. Jill’s roles in early childhood education, advocacy, child abuse prevention, adult education, and trauma-informed training have honed her skills as a trusted CLEAR consultant. Jill is an Oregon native, a University of Idaho alumni, and a very proud Vandal Mom. When not in schools, you will probably find Jill on Lake Coeur d’ Alene, just watching the water.
