Manager Certification Training"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<p>ServSafe is a nationally recognized food safety training and certification program for anyone involved in the food service industry.&nbsp;The training is for food service managers who have responsibility for teaching, learning or implementing food preparation and food safety practices in their food business.&nbsp; It is the highest standard in food safety training and certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Food Code &#8211; WAC 246-215-2107- requires food establishments to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff with a valid certificate.&nbsp; This ServSafe training and a passing test score fulfills the requirement for the Certified Food Protection Manager training.&nbsp; Successful completion of the course includes a ServSafe certificate for five years.&nbsp; If you renew your Food Workers card within two years, it will also be extended for five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions about the Certified Food Protection Manager requirements for your business, please contact your local
