SUMMARY:Midsummer Pruning and Trellising of Berries
DESCRIPTION:Join the Master Gardeners for the Homegrown Berries Series of 2026. \nThis series is a collaboration between Clallam County Master Gardeners\, Lazy J Tree Farm and the Olympic Orchard Society. It will be led by veteran Master Gardeners Jeanette Stehr-Green and Audreen Williams. \nSpace is limited and registration is required. SUMMARY:Summer Workshop Flower Design Class
DESCRIPTION:Join Clallam County Master Gardener Cathy Wagner Saturday\, July 25th 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. for the Cut Flower Design Class – a workshop designed specifically for gardeners with mobility challenges held in the new Accessible Garden at Woodcock Demonstration Garden\, 2711 Woodcock Road in Sequim. \nAttendees will learn the basic design principles of flower arranging\, discuss which flowers are best in a floral arrangement and how to care for cut flowers. Participants will create their own masterpiece to take home and enjoy! \nYou must register in advance to reserve a space at the tables. Eight participants maximum to allow room for wheelchairs and mobility devices. \nThis is an outdoor event. There will be covered workspaces\, table and chairs\, supplies\, handicap parking and ADA restroom facilities. Please bring garden gloves\, snacks if you like\, water\, sun hat and comfortable clothing.
