Open to any adult working with a group of teens.<\/p>\n<p>This half-day session includes 4 modules:<br \/>\n\u2022 Adolescent Development: implications of current research<br \/>\n\u2022 Empowering Teens: motivating teens with positive youth development models<br \/>\n\u2022 Key Elements of Teen Programming: how to support strengths-based programming<br \/>\n\u2022 Creating Safe &amp; Inclusive Programs: decision-making &amp; risk management<br \/>\nThis training includes experiential activities for different learning styles and group discussion about building life skills and leadership in teens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Facilitate the Awesome Flyer 2019 Do you struggle with getting teens motivated?
