His presentation will cover some very basic landscape design principles, common native trees and shrubs and how to incorporate them into residential landscaping, how to care for bare-root plants, and some tips on site preparation and planting. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wsu.zoom.us\/j\/91023926933?pwd=UXl3MGJSRjlqTXNrNVoyQW9zeGMrQT09\">Find a link to the Zoom presentation here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div>Joe has undergraduate and graduate degrees in landscape architecture and a master&#8217;s degree in adult education. He has been promoting &#8220;natural landscaping&#8221; in Clallam County since 1989, when he started working for the Clallam Conservation District.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Green Thumb Garden Tip Series Presentations are held from 12 to 1 pm on the second and fourth Thursdays of most months.\u00a0<strong>Talks are currently only being offered by online streaming, due to current social distancing concerns with COVID-19.
