The Spokane County Master Gardener program has developed a great resource called Gardening For Life; A Guide to Garden Adaptations for Gardeners of All Ages and Abilities. The booklet includes sections on garden design considerations, tips on garden safety, and features illustrations and resources for adaptive tools and devices. And it also has several plant lists — those which support sensory stimulation, such as plants for limited vision, plants for fragrance, plants for touch, taste, and sound. The booklet is available here as a PDF. Note that it is currently in revision, so watch for an updated version coming soon!
