DESCRIPTION:One in three adults have prediabetes. More than 8 in 10 don’t even know they have it. Without taking action\, many people with prediabetes could develop type 2 diabetes within 5 years. Adults with prediabetes can learn to make healthy changes that can cut their risk of type 2 diabetes in half. Find out your risk level by registering for the free prediabetes risk screening event and learn about steps you can take to reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Twenty-minute appointments available between 3:00-7:00 pm on August 9th.

Participants may show hay samples for help with evaluating quality.
