DESCRIPTION:Do you love juicy\, sweet\, just-picked blueberries from your own bushes? Not sure how to keep them performing at their best? Join WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardeners for a workshop on blueberry pruning. We’ll view a couple of short videos on blueberry pruning basics: when to prune\, choosing which canes to cut\, and where to cut them. We’ll discuss tools\, garden sanitation\, and how pruning is part of a sustainable and organic approach to blueberry plant care. Presenters will also cover the basics on plant nutrition and discuss some of the common pests and diseases. \nThis webinar is put on in collaboration with Clark County Public Health – Solid Waste Outreach.
