DESCRIPTION:Livestock and Pasture Management – Online Zoom Workshop\n \nWednesday\, August 25\, 2021 \n6:00 PM to 7:30 PM \nRegistration is $10+fees per household.   To register and find more details visit https://pasture08252021.eventbrite.com or call 564-397-5729 or email terry.koper@wsu.edu \nJoin the Small Acreage Program for an online Zoom workshop that will teach techniques and practices to renovate and establish pastures to keep them greener\, healthier and more productive.  WSU Extension livestock and forage specialist\, Gary Fredricks\, who will cover grass and forage options\, methods and equipment used for renovating pastures\, forage quality\, livestock health\, and grazing practices that will improve pasture and water quality. Participants may show hay samples for help with evaluating quality. Terry Koper\, Program Coordinator says\, “This workshop will be a great chance for folks to learn how to improve their pastures and keep them producing healthy forage for their animals.” \nThis workshop is hosted by Small Acreage Program of WSU Clark County Extension\, co-sponsored by Clark County Public Works Clean Water. \nWSU Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination.
