Master Gardeners will share mowing tips, watering recommendations, and fertilizer application advice, all of which promote denser turf and reduce weed germination. With these approaches, you can save money and protect your family and the environment at the same time. Participants will receive a lawn-care calendar for our region, tips for choosing the right grass seed mix, and information about applying and buying fertilizers just in time to prepare lawns for summer survival.
