Extension Food Safety Programs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hand Washing:<\/strong> To provide education about how germs are passed from person-to-person, why hand washing is important before preparing food, and how to wash hands properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Food Safety for Older Adults:<\/strong> To educate older adults on the four basics of food safety- clean, separate, cook, chill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Large Gathering Food Safety:<\/strong> To educate on how to keep family and guests safe when providing food at large gatherings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
