Estate planning often focuses on farms or family business transfers. Too often\, personal possessions doesn’t get discussed. Non-titled property can include furniture\, photos\, books\, dishes\, tools and jewelry. Many people have fond memories of family keepsakes and they carry more meaning and can have long-lasting emotional effects. Consider attending to learn more about decision options\, including initiating discussions\, determining distribution options and setting ground rules for transferring non-titled property. This program\, sponsored by Washington State University Extension will be held for free at the Cowlitz Co. Administration Building\, Room 300\, 207 4th Ave North\, Kelso.
