Washington EFNEP uses two sets of recipes to complement Eating Smart-Being Active (ESBA) in the community. These include the ESBA recipes and recipes from the Spend Smart Eat Smart calendar from Iowa State University Extension. Calendars are one of the incentives provided to EFNEP participants during the 9-week curriculum.
