Scrub carrot with a clean vegetable brush under running water.<\/li><li>Collect, dice, grate, and measure all ingredients before starting to prepare the recipe.<\/li><li>Toss apple with lemon juice in a bowl.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Add celery, carrot, and raisins.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Stir yogurt into the rest of the ingredients.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Cover. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to mix together.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
