Coloque la manzana en trozos y el pl\u00e1tano en rodajas en el jugo de frutas para que no se oxiden, luego retire el jugo.*<\/li><li>En un recipiente grande, mezcle el c\u00f3ctel de frutas, la pi\u00f1a, la manzana y el pl\u00e1tano.<\/li><li>En un recipiente peque\u00f1o, mezcle el yogur y la canela o nuez moscada.<\/li><li>Sirva la ensalada de frutas en tazones peque\u00f1os. Cubra cada porci\u00f3n con una cucharada de la mezcla de yogur.<\/li><li>Refrigere las sobras dentro de las 2 horas.
