{"id":1155,"date":"2022-06-16T12:26:16","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T19:26:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/efnep\/?p=1155"},"modified":"2024-11-12T10:08:22","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T18:08:22","slug":"ensalada-de-frijoles-negros-y-cuscus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/efnep\/2022\/06\/16\/ensalada-de-frijoles-negros-y-cuscus\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensalada de Frijoles Negros y Cusc\u00fas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wpcdn.web.wsu.edu\/wp-extension\/uploads\/sites\/3037\/2024\/11\/Ensalada-de-Frijoles-Negros-y-Cuscus.pdf\">Ensalada de Frijoles Negros y Cusc\u00fas (pdf)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rinde: 8 porciones (\u00bd taza por porci\u00f3n)<br>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 10 minutos<br>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n: 10 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd taza de caldo (pollo o vegetales)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de cus\u00fas sin preparar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00bd cucharadas de aceite vegetal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de vinagre de manzana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de comino molido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de jugo de lima natural (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lata (15 onzas) de frijoles negros, escurridos y enjuagados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cebolla picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd pimiento morr\u00f3n rojo o verde picado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de ma\u00edz en grano entero descongelado o en lata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta negra a gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco picado (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Antes de comenzar a preparar la receta:\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e1vese las manos con agua y jab\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Lave el pimiento morr\u00f3n rojo o verde y el cilantro (si va usar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lave y exprimir la lima en un recipiente peque\u00f1o (si va usar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drene y enjuague los frijoles negros y el ma\u00edz (si usa ma\u00edz enlatado).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re\u00fana, corte y mida todos los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cacerola peque\u00f1a, hierva el caldo y agregue el cusc\u00fas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubra la cacerola y retire del fuego. Deje reposar durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un recipiente grande, mezcle el aceite, el vinagre, el comino y el jugo de lima (si lo usa).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue los frijoles, la cebolla, el pimiento verde y el ma\u00edz a la mezcla de aceite y vinagre y revuelva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separe bien el cusc\u00fas con un tenedor, deshaciendo los grumos. Agregue a los frijoles y verduras y mezcle bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pru\u00e9balo. Agregue sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue el cilantro (si lo usa) y sirva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigere las sobras dentro de 2 horas.
