{"id":1161,"date":"2022-06-16T12:36:03","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T19:36:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/efnep\/?p=1161"},"modified":"2024-11-06T13:37:41","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T21:37:41","slug":"ensalada-de-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/efnep\/2022\/06\/16\/ensalada-de-pasta\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensalada de Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wpcdn.web.wsu.edu\/wp-extension\/uploads\/sites\/3037\/2024\/11\/Ensalada-de-Pasta-.pdf\">Ensalada de Pasta (pdf)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rinde: 6 porciones (1 taza por porci\u00f3n)<br>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 20 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de pasta cocida (cualquier forma; prepare de acuerdo a las instrucciones en el paquete), deje enfriar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de condimento italiano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pizca de hojuelas de pimiento rojo trituradas (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de pepino cortado en dados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tomate grande, sin semillas y picado*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd pimiento verde cortado en dados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cebolla grande cortada en dados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de ch\u00edcharos congelados, descongele<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e1vese las manos con agua y jab\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocine la pasta, escurra y deje enfriar en el refrigerador. Lave todos los vegetales y elimine las semillas del tomate.*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re\u00fana, corte en dados y mida todos los ingredientes antes de comenzar a preparar la receta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcle el aceite, el vinagre, la sal, la pimienta negra, el ajo en polvo, el condimento italiano y las hojuelas de pimiento rojo trituradas (si va a usar) en un recipiente grande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue la pasta, el pepino, el tomate, el pimiento verde, la cebolla y los ch\u00edcharos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcle bien todos los ingredientes hasta que los vegetales y la pasta est\u00e9n bien recubiertos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirva inmediatamente. Para resaltar los sabores deje en el refrigerador durante una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubra el recipiente, deje en el refrigerador y vuelva a mezclar antes de servir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigere las sobras dentro de 2 horas. Consuma dentro de los siguientes 3 a 5 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<section  class=\"wsu-section\"  >\r\n        \n\n<p>*C\u00f3mo eliminar las semillas del tomate: Coloque el tomate sobre el costado, para que el tallo mire hacia el lado derecho.
