Cocinar los macarones y luego escurrirlos.<\/li><li>Reunir, picar, rallar y medir todos los ingredientes antes de comenzar a preparar la receta.<\/li><li>Derretir la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego mediano.<\/li><li>Agregar la cebolla y cocinar durante 2 minutos. Agregar la espinaca y cocinar durante 2 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 tierna.<\/li><li>Agregar la harina y cocinar durante 1 minuto, revolviendo ocasionalmente.<\/li><li>Agregar la leche y el agua, revolviendo frecuentemente. Dejar hervir.<\/li><li>Agregar los macarrones (codo) cocidos.<\/li><li>Tapar y dejar hervir, cocinar a fuego lento durante 8 a 9 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente. La mezcla se espesar\u00e1 a medida que se cocina a fuego lento.<\/li><li>Retirar del fuego cuando los macarrones est\u00e9n tiernos.<\/li><li>Agregar el queso rallado y revolver. Cubrir la sart\u00e9n y dejar reposar 5 minutos.<\/li><li>Servir.<\/li><li>Refrigerar las sobras dentro de las 2 horas.
