Consuma dentro de los siguientes 3 a 5 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<section  class=\"wsu-section\"  >\r\n        \n\n<p><strong><em>\u00a1Sea creativo!<\/em><\/strong> Sustituya el mango por durazno, papaya o aguacate. Sirva como guarnici\u00f3n para pollo o pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*<strong>C\u00f3mo cortar el mango:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Col\u00f3quelo sobre su extremo, coloque el cuchillo aproximadamente a \u00bc de pulgada del centro (donde est\u00e1 el hueso) y corte de arriba a abajo. Repita del otro lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deseche el centro con el hueso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloque el mango con la c\u00e1scara hacia abajo, corte la pulpa del mango en rodajas paralelas de arriba a abajo, aproximadamente a \u00bd pulgada de distancia y luego de lado a lado para obtener trozos peque\u00f1os, asegur\u00e1ndose de no cortar la c\u00e1scara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luego, con una cuchara, retira la pulpa.
