Reserve el l\u00edquido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 diente de ajo mediano, triturado con la prensa de ajo o la hoja del cuchillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite vegetal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de crema de cacahuete, cremosa (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cucharadita de comino (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Antes de comenzar a preparar la receta:\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e1vese las manos con agua y jab\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lave los vegetales y c\u00f3rtelos en trozos que sean f\u00e1ciles de sumergir en el dip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escurra los garbanzos pero reserve el l\u00edquido en un recipiente peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re\u00fana, corte y mida todos los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para una consistencia m\u00e1s cremosa, coloque los garbanzos, el ajo, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, la sal, el aceite vegetal y la crema de cacahuete (si va a usar) y el comino (si va a usar) en la licuadora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserve el l\u00edquido de los garbanzos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licue a baja velocidad. Agregue gradualmente el l\u00edquido de garbanzos, 1 cucharada a la vez, hasta que quede suave y cremoso.**<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirva con las verduras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigere las sobras dentro de 2 horas. Consuma dentro de los siguientes 3 a 5 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<section  class=\"wsu-section\"  >\r\n        \n\n<p>*Si no tiene licuadora, use un tenedor para pisar los garbanzos, agregue el resto de los ingredientes y agregue el l\u00edquido de los garbanzos hasta que obtenga la consistencia deseada.
