Agregue la cebolla y cocine durante 2 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 tierna y transparente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue la harina y cocine durante 1 minuto, revolviendo constantemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue el br\u00f3coli, el agua, el cubo de caldo, la pimienta y el ajo en polvo. Siga cocinando a fuego lento durante 20 minutos o hasta que el br\u00f3coli est\u00e9 tierno. Revuelva ocasionalmente para que la sopa no se pega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retire del fuego, agregue la leche y el queso, y revuelva hasta que se derrita el queso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vuelva a colocar la cacerola a fuego lento y cocine 2 o 3 minutos hasta que la sopa est\u00e9 bien caliente. Sirva inmediatamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigere las sobras dentro de 2 horas.
