The individual will be working with youth in the completion of duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Resource Volunteer \u2013 This individual is responsible for assisting with various 4-H events and activities but has no direct supervision of, or unsupervised access to, 4-H youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Administrative Volunteer &#8211;\u00a0This individual is responsible for the overall organization and leadership of general program areas, organization of county-wide events, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the steps to becoming a 4-H Volunteer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested, please contact the Ferry Extension Office at 509-775-5225 x1116 for more complete information. We will walk you through the process step by step. Generally it includes the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Submit a signed and completed WSU 4-H Volunteer Application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide three references with contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete online training modules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete a criminal background screening through Sterling Volunteers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in an interview with WSU faculty or staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enroll as a volunteer within the 4honline system and complete all authorization forms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        <div id=\"cahnrs-back-to-top\" class=\"cahnrs-back-to-top\" hidden aria-hidden=\"true\">\n            <a id=\"cahnrs-back-to-top-btn\" class=\"cahnrs-back-to-top__btn\" href=\"#product-top\" aria-label=\"Back to top\">\n                <span class=\"cahnrs-back-to-top__icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u2191<\/span>\n                <span class=\"cahnrs-back-to-top__label\">Back to top<\/span>\n            <\/a>\n        <\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are glad you want to become a 4-H Volunteer!
