Attendee Fee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Attendee fee is $395 per person. <\/p>\n\n\n

Exhibitor fee is $595 for booth and one attendee. If there is need for additional personnel, it is $395 per person. Please contact Cathy Blood by email<\/a> for Exhibitor registration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept all major credit cards for payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations will be accepted until 10 business days to the Workshop, and the registration fee, less $75 will be refunded. After that time, no refunds will be made for cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Substitutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
