Full payment must be made&nbsp;<strong>prior<\/strong>&nbsp;to attendance of the event. Registrations must be completed with full payment by the stated deadlines to be accepted at the applicable rate. Acceptable methods of payment for registration are credit cards<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading  wsu-font-size--xmedium\">Substitution Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Substitutions will be allowed at any time.
