This training revolves around using the essential elements of positive youth development in developmentally empowering ways with adolescents.<\/p>\n<p>The 5 Workshops Will Cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The What and Why of Positive Youth Development<\/li>\n<li>Adolescent Development: implications of current Research<\/li>\n<li>Empowering Teens: Motivating Teens with Positive Youth Development Models<\/li>\n<li>Key Elements of Teen Programming: How to support Strengths-Based Programming<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging Safe &amp; Inclusive Behaviors in Teens: Decision-Making &amp; Risk Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each training is approximately 1.5 hours.
