An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, repeating until August 12, 2018

While you’re at the Grays Harbor County Fair drop by to see what is new in the WSU Extension Master Gardener Demonstration Garden. We think you will be as delighted as we are.

Here are a few of the new & different things you will see:

  • New native plant garden with elderberry, little wild blackberry, & both red and evergreen huckleberries ripening,
  • New insectary garden designed to attract beneficial insects, including pollinators, predatory, and parasitic insects, and
  • Raised beds planted to share the story of our country‚Äôs early gardening history with beds dedicated to Martha & George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Fort Vancouver/Fort Nisqually, Lewis & Clark and Michelle Obama.

Master Gardeners will be available in the garden from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day to answer your questions. Bring us your plant problems or just drop by to see what’s new this year.
