SUMMARY:GH 4-H Enrollment Forms Due for Fair Eligibility
DESCRIPTION:All new and returning 4-H members and adult volunteers can log in to their profile and enter 4-H enrollment information directly. \nStep by step guides to the enrollment process and hard copy forms are available online. \nThere will be a additional forms that need to be completed for youth members to exhibit their 4-H Project in the Grays County Fair.  These forms\, along with the current Exhibitors Book\, are posted by the Grays Harbor County Fair staff on the GHC Fairgrounds website\, as well as the Grays Harbor County 4-H pages. \nSince there are a number of organizations who work together to make the Grays Harbor County Fair come to life in our community\, there are multiple places to search for information and deadlines.  While some of these dates are established by partner organizations in the community\, they should be posted and shared as soon as possible through the course of the year in the News Blast and on the 4-H Calendar. \nMeeting the April 1st 4-H Enrollment deadline is the way for youth to become eligible to exhibit 4-H Projects at the GH 4-H County Fair.  When those exhibits are related to animal projects\, some of the other deadlines to consider are:\nMarch and June – GH 4-H Horse Council Mandatory Meetings for Horse Project Exhibitors\nApril – Grays Harbor Youth Livestock Auction (GHYLA) Registration Deadline\nMay – Grays Harbor Youth Livestock Auction (GHYLA) Quality Assurance Meeting\nJuly – Grays Harbor County Fair Animal Entry Deadlines\nJuly and August – Grays Harbor County Fair Still Life Entry Deadlines (photos\, posters\, creative art projects\, etc.) \nThere are also 4-H animal management and care deadlines\, established by the WA State 4-H Program\, which vary by animal species\, and are outlined (pdf) and can be found by searching for WA State 4-H Program Policy (WSU Publication EM0758).
