DESCRIPTION:MANDATORY QUALITY ASSURANCE MEETING: May 2\, 2018 at Elma High School Library\n\n~ Select 5:30 PM or 6:30 PM for a 45 minute meeting \n\n~ All PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND WITH AN ADULT\, PARENT\, LEADER\, OR ADVISOR\n\nThe 2018 GHYLA Registration Form is due April 15th\, and is available at https://goo.gl/forms/K1hb7TBAQMv1H56x2\n \n \nAll 4-H and FFA members must be a member in “Good Standing” and from a club or chapter who is in good standing.\n4-H members must have completed the annual enrollment process in 4HOnline and submitted the State 4-H Enrollment Fee by April 1st in order to meet the 4-H Enrollment Fair Eligibility deadline and exhibit 4-H Projects at the GH 4-H County Fair.\n \nGUIDELINES:\n\n\nREGISTER EACH CHILD SEPARATELY!\n\nREGISTRATION DUE: April 15th\nMust be a 4-H member or FFA member in good standing. \n\n4-H members must be 8 years old by October 1\, 2017 to participate in this project.  Participation beyond the senior year of high school is not accepted.\n$5 Tagging Fee for each large animal (beef\, swine\, sheep\, goat) will be collected at the Weigh & Tag Date\n\nMANDATORY WEIGH/TAG: May 19th 9 AM to 3 PM at GH Fairgrounds \n\nIf you absolutely can not make May 19th\, the optional date is: June 4th 4-6 PM at GH Fairgrounds – Tagging Only\nMore information: Contact Donna Boyer\, GHYLA Secretary  boyerboys@centurytel.net
