SUMMARY:Family Forest Field Day
DESCRIPTION:Whether you own a “home in the woods” or many acres of land\, this “out in the woods” educational event is packed with practical “how-to” information that you need to know. \nStewarding land is both rewarding and challenging. Successful management is due to the decisions you make and the actions you take. Attending the Family Forest Field Day will prepare you to plan and execute sound practices\, enabling you to accomplish your management objectives\, reduce risks\, and protect your financial investment. \nDon’t own land but are still interested in learning more about forests? Maybe you’re thinking about buying some forestland but want to see what you’re getting into? All are welcome! \nMore detailed information\, including a schedule of presentations is available on the WSU Forestry website\, or in the FFFDay Brochure\, which you can download\, including registration information. You can also register online at Eventbrite \nReady to sign up?\nSave $10 and sign up before August 19!\nRegister before 5PM on August 19 and the cost is $30 per person or $40 per family. After August 19 the cost is $40 per person or $50 per family.   \nOne lunch is included with registration.  Additional lunches can be purchased for $10 each but must be ordered before 5PM on August 19.  You are welcome to bring a sack lunch as well. \nRegister Online!\nRegister online using a credit card via EventBrite.  Online sales end at 5PM on August 23. \nRegister via Mail\nTo register by mail\, send in the mail-in registration form (an accessible\, fillable PDF form best viewed with the free Adobe Reader software) along with a check made out to WSU Extension.
