font-size: 1.125rem; color: initial;\">Design and create promotional materials and graphics using Canva and similar design platforms to create a variety of digital and hard copy resources<\/span> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Coordinate and confirm event logistics with 4-H volunteers and WSU Extension staff <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Develop timelines and schedules for sharing promotional materials and graphics on a variety of digital platforms and community events <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Engage with 4-H youth members and adult volunteers to support education and facilitate 4-H activities\/programs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4-H Council Recognition Committee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li> Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating annual recognition events <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Engage with 4-H youth and adults to educate and support award applications <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Coordinate and confirm event logistics with 4-H members, volunteers and WSU staff <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Support education of volunteers and participants <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Find and secure event venues and digital meeting options as needed <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Create promotional materials, certificates, graphics, and slide shows featuring award recipients <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Take an inventory of pins and awards <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4-H Record Book Review Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li> Review 4-H member Record Books in consultation with other 4-H team members <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Complete a GH 4-H Council scoresheet for each member\u2019s entry <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Meet with the 4-H Record Book Team to review scoresheets <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Support education of 4-H volunteers, members, and families <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Find and secure event venues and digital meeting options as needed <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Create promotional materials and graphics <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Present awards at the annual recognition event (early Fall) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4-H Council Financial Committee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Review financial records (invoices, bills, deposits) in consultation with 4-H Treasurer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete an annual financial audit using resources outlined in WSU Publications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating of fundraising events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support education of volunteers and participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find and secure event venues and digital meeting options as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create promotional materials and graphics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize committee meeting notes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4-H Scholarship Review Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li> Review 4-H Scholarship applications in consultation with other 4-H team members <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Complete a GH 4-H Council scoresheet for each member\u2019s application <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Meet with the GH 4-H Council Scholarship Team to review scoresheets <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Support education of 4-H volunteers, members, and families <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Find and secure event venues and digital meeting options as needed <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Create promotional materials and graphics <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Present awards at schools and annual recognition events <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vice President <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Potential Tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Preside at monthly 4-H Council meetings, w\/direct leadership in absence of President<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan 4-H Council meeting agendas in consultation with the Council team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with WSU 4-H staff to share 4-H information with the community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with 4-H youth &amp;
